Blair Brennan Slaughter, PhD

Blair is best described as a senior executive advisor, helping her clients leverage their own and their organization’s strengths, while frankly, and with support, closing the gaps that prevent them from achieving their objectives. Her clients report that she effectively balances empathy, challenge, care, and intuitive problem solving when she links arms with them to solve their professional or organizational challenges.   

Blair’s expertise is in scaling start-ups and working with larger organizations as they navigate significant transitions, such as tech transformation or change in strategy.  She has worked in virtually every industry from financial services, to oil and gas, to non-profits. Her unique business/people perspective is informed by her Finance undergrad and MBA and her doctorate in organization development and leadership.  

When not working with her amazing clients, Blair dedicates time to the Gathering Point Giving Circle, a non-profit she helped found which supports women and children in need in the Baltimore region. She is a Board Member and Program Committee co-chair of Leadership Maryland, a program focused on making Maryland a great place to live and work. 

On the weekends, you will likely find her in a local farmer’s market or in the kitchen cooking for her friends and family (husband Dave, daughters Natalie and Cecilia, and a very rambunctious chocolate lab, Luke).
