As the founding member of the fastest growing business unit at a small startup turned healthtech unicorn, she cultivated teams that prioritize connection, service and delivering a client experience that scales.

Her journey includes mentoring emerging leaders and scaling the client experience function pre, during and post IPO, ensuring seamless transitions and sustainable growth strategies.

She leans on her background in scaling startups, along with her coaching experience, to support her clients in navigating rapid growth and overcoming challenges with confidence and strategic clarity.

In 2023, Anna established Shine Advising, with the goal of helping individuals and teams identify solutions that scale while navigating change.

Anna is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She holds certifications from New York University and completed a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at North Carolina State University.

Anna serves as an Advisor to Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures and is on the board of the Point O’ Woods Historical Society and Community Fund. She has lived in Baltimore for the last 7 years with her family.
