Eileen’s entrepreneurial consulting and coaching experience is rooted in strategic and hands-on management, marked by her ability, for example, to build and scale a successful IT consulting firm. Before her entrepreneurial endeavors, she was an HR Leader in the asset management, banking, and retail industries.

Eileen lives in New Jersey and is an avid traveler. A recent trip to the Amazon Rainforest was a transformative experience during which Indigenous people generously shared their ancient wisdom and worldview. You can find her on the golf course when not in her home office.
