Megan Huey

Megan Huey brings more than sixteen years of experience serving as an advisor and strategic partner to executives at early-stage companies in healthcare and emerging technologies.  Strategic and execution-focused, with a proven track record of delivering meaningful results that build resilience and impact profitability, Megan’s expertise includes: scaling rapidly growing organizations, strategic planning, headcount forecasting, business intelligence, and operationalizing company culture.

Following an internship at the White House, Megan initially planned to pursue a career in journalism, but quickly found her interview skills being put to good use as a healthcare recruiter. She went on to co-found a healthcare services company where she led people operations and talent acquisition for staffing programs at Army and Navy medical facilities across the globe.

She went on to establish the people operations function at Protenus, a healthcare compliance analytics SaaS company. During her time at Protenus, she partnered closely with the company’s co-founders to focus on a smart, sustainable growth strategy and help build an award-winning company culture.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
