Founder & CEO
As Founder & CEO of Delve Consulting, Blair has turned a long-held vision into reality. She’d always had two big goals for her career: earn a PhD (check! In 2012) and start her own business. In 2019, she launched Delve to help leaders and organizations grow stronger by focusing on what often makes or breaks strategy: people.
Since then, Delve has grown into a trusted partner for organizations navigating growth and change. Blair leads a cadre of talented coaches and consultants who share her commitment to aligning structure, leadership, and culture. Together, they help clients build organizations that are not only high-performing, but resilient and human-centered.
Delve’s work centers on the people-side levers of success—how businesses are structured and led, who they hire, how they develop and reward their teams, and how senior leaders work together to move the business forward.

As we expand our service offerings, our new Delve lightbulb design continues in this tradition. Its rays expand from a core of light out to our customers through two service lines: DelveHR and Consulting & Coaching.
