Blair had two goals in her professional career. One was to get her PhD. The other was to start her own business. She did the latter in 2019, forming Delve Consulting – a consultancy focused on enabling leaders and organizations to achieve their strategic objectives through excellence in the people side of the business. This includes how the business is structured and led, the people it hires, how it manages and rewards them, and effective working relationships, especially at the top.
